Pleurotus eryngii cut into small cubes

Slice garlic, mince ginger, chopped green onion

Put the oil in the wok, heat it up, add the minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant, drizzle a little cooking wine,

Add in the fragrant sauce, sugar, and a little water. Heat on medium-low heat until the sauce is thick, pour in the red oil and serve.
Tips:
After adding the sauce, stir it with a spoon while heating to prevent it from sticking to the pan
