Fried Krill with Chives

Leek and krill.

Cut the leek into sections.

Fry the eggs into lumps and serve them out.

Wash the krill and drain as much water as possible.

When the oil in the wok is hot, add the krill and stir fry, add the cooking wine to remove the smell, add the green onion and ginger, and then add the egg.

Put light soy sauce, salt, and chives.

Tips:
The krill must be dried as much as possible, otherwise the water will collapse and it will not taste good.
