Fried Loofah with Cloud Ears

Wash cloud ears and soak with water for use.

Peel the loofah and cut it into hob pieces, cut the carrots into slices, and cut the cloud ears into small pieces.

Heat the oil and sauté the minced garlic, then put the carrot slices in and fry for about 1 minute, then put the cloud ears and loofah in turn and stir fry.
5.
When the loofah is soft, add salt and a little chicken essence to season it, then it can be served.
