Fried Lotus Root Slices with Pepper

Peel the fresh lotus root and cut into thin slices.

After blanching the sliced lotus root slices with boiling water, rinse with cold water.

In another oil pan, add fresh pepper and ginger after the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

Add a tablespoon of chopped peppers and stir fry.
5.
Pour in the lotus root slices, cook in white vinegar and stir fry over high heat.

Add a little refined salt, stir-fry evenly, then it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Do not fry fresh peppers.
2. After the lotus root slices are put into the pot, they should be cooked with white vinegar to make the lotus root slices crisp.
