Stir-fried meatballs, try it out. One day a friend gave some water chestnuts, bought some pork, and planned to pack pork and water chestnut dumplings to eat. A lot of ingredients are prepared, and a lot of mixed meat is left. I had to make some meatballs. I usually make them dry and steamed. I have never fried meatballs before and want to change the taste, so I fried this plate of raw fried meatballs.

Fried Meatballs

1. Ingredients

2. Peeled

3. Chop meat into puree, mince chives, and chop water chestnuts

4. Add salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch and mix well

5. I made some dumplings and left these

6. Made into small balls

7. Cut some green peppers

8. Put the prepared balls in a non-stick pan with oil

9. Fry over low fire

10. Put in the green pepper, put salt on the green pepper to taste

11. Stir well

12. Finally sprinkle thirteen incense

13. Serve

Tips:

The fried one is more fragrant and the steamed one is simpler.
