Fried Meatballs

Mashed meat

Shred green onion, pepper, and ginger, soak in boiling water and set aside

Add egg scallion ginger water, sugar, salt, light soy sauce, starch, and shiitake mushrooms to the mashed meat and mix well in one direction

Fry into a round shape until golden brown

Tips:
If you don’t like deep-frying, you can cook them in water. Putting some coriander is delicious!
