Fried Milk
1.
Prepare a small milk pan. I use a non-stick milk pan. It is best to use a non-stick milk pan that is evenly heated. Add pure milk, sugar, and corn starch to the milk pan and stir evenly. If you want to make the fried milk taste better It's rich, you can also add some cream or condensed milk to taste. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased by yourself. I don't make it particularly sweet. If you like sweet ones, you can add more sugar.
2.
Put the milk pan on the stove, stir while heating on a low heat. When stirring, use this silicone spatula to make it easier to use. The milk will soon become thicker. When it reaches a thick state, turn off the heat and remove the milk pan from Take it off the stove.
3.
The fresh-keeping box is covered with a layer of high-temperature-resistant plastic wrap so that it is convenient when unmolding. Pour the boiled milk paste into the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for two hours. I cooked it before going to bed at night and put it in the refrigerator. All night.
4.
Refrigerate the fresh milk and take it out. Cut it into thumb-thick strips. Don't be too thin. If it is too thin, it won't be fried. The solidified milk won't fall apart, and it will shake and have a slight elasticity.
5.
Prepare several clean containers, put cornstarch, egg liquid, and golden bread crumbs respectively.
6.
Put the fresh milk sticks in the cornstarch and roll, then put it in the egg liquid, and dip a layer of egg liquid.
7.
Finally, put it in the bread crumbs and coat it with a layer of bread crumbs evenly.
8.
Add a little more oil than the cooking oil in a non-stick pan, heat it over a medium-to-low heat, add fresh milk sticks, and fry slowly over a low or medium-to-low heat.
9.
The fried fresh milk is crunchy and hard on the outside, and rich in milk inside, soft and tender like pudding.
Tips:
Many friends don’t know how to buy bread crumbs. In fact, they are sold in supermarkets of average size. You can also buy them online if you can’t buy them. The bread crumbs are white and golden, and they taste the same. The yellow color is more beautiful when fried.
The oil for frying fresh milk is best to use colorless and odorless, such as corn oil, sunflower oil, and the like. Don't use rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil and other strong-smelling oils.
