Fried Mushrooms

Tear the oyster mushrooms into strips, wash and squeeze out the water, the dry the better.

Add flour and starch to the oyster mushroom, 2:1.

Add another egg, cumin powder, chicken essence, salt, and stir well.
4.
The oil temperature from the pan is 160 degrees, fry until golden, remove it, and re-fried will be more crispy.
5.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
