Fried Mustard with Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients: edamame, fresh mushrooms.

Mustard slices.

Peel the edamame and wash it.
4.
Wash the fresh mushrooms with running water.
5.
Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the washed edamame into a pot of clean water, boil it until it is broken, and remove it.
7.
Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut fresh mushrooms, blanched edamame and mustard slices and stir fry.
8.
Then, add the right amount of chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry and serve.
