Fried Noodles

Prepared ingredients.

Chop scallions, ginger, and dice pork belly.

Add yellow sauce, sweet noodle sauce, and hoisin sauce in a ratio of 3:2:1, then add a little water, sugar and mix thoroughly.

Peel the carrots, then cut the carrots and cucumbers into fine strips, the finer the better.

Heat the pan with cold oil, use more oil, stir-fry the chives and ginger.

Tips:
1. More oil should be used for frying soy so that the noodles are more delicious. This is the reason for using pork belly.
2. Add some salt to the noodles when cooking the noodles. The noodles of the noodles should be harder and more delicious. Don't cook them too badly.
3. Cucumber shreds, carrot shreds are as thin as possible, especially carrot shreds, which are thicker and harder.
