Fried Noodles

Put a little salt and soda noodles in the basin.

Add flour.

Stir the chopsticks into a flocculent shape.

Knead into a slightly firm dough and wake up for 15 minutes.

Roll into noodles.

Dice pork, cucumber, white mushroom, green onion and ginger.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot, add the diced pork and stir fry.

Put the green onions and ginger after the pork cubes have changed color.

After frying the aroma, add the white jade mushrooms and continue to stir fry.

Stir-fry the white jade mushrooms out of the water, add the bean paste, and slowly fry the sauce over low heat.

Add a little water after sautéing the flavor of the sauce.

Bring the diced cucumber to a boil.

Put a little sugar and turn off the heat after boiling again. (Turn off the heat as soon as the pot is turned on, so as to keep the cucumber's crispness)

The noodles are cooked in a boiling water pot.
15.
Too cold water (purified water).
