Fried Noodles

The ingredients for the fried sauce above are also for two people. Before cooking the noodles, you can cook a tofu first. You can make tofu mixed with shallots and eat with fried sauce noodles. After the tofu is boiled, the noodles are not wasted.

Put the chopped green onions on the plate, the ratio of light soy sauce to rice vinegar is about 2:1, add a little salt and sesame oil, put the tofu in it and you can eat it.

Tips:
Xiangqi sauce forgot to take pictures. It is the big red bag. There are two kinds of Xiangqi sauce and spicy sauce. I always use Xiangqi sauce, one bag at a time. As for the tomato and eggplant, I try to use smaller ones. If the concentration is not enough, you can use two bags of sauce, or add some salt or soy sauce.
