Fried Noodles

Carrots are shredded. After soaking the fungus, cut into shreds, boil in water for 2 minutes, drain the water and set aside. Cut the chopped green onion into sections.

Add appropriate oil to a non-stick pan, pour all the ingredients except the chopped green onion, quickly stir-fry with chopsticks for a minute or two, then add oyster sauce and soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the shallots and stir-fry until they are broken.
