Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Shrimp, Egg and Seasonal Vegetables

Wash the ingredients and change the knife for later use. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 20 minutes in advance to remove the dry water. The shrimp is cooked in advance and peeled.

Tips:
1: Soaking rice noodles in warm water saves time;
2: Rice noodles are not easy to soak for too long, and it is easy to fry and affect the taste;
3: Shrimp, it is recommended to cook in advance, it will not affect the umami taste;
4: It is recommended to use chopsticks and spatula together for stir-frying rice noodles for easy mixing!
