Fried Noodles

Wash and shred cucumbers for later use

Cut the pork belly and ginger into small cubes and set aside

Dried yellow sauce is diluted with appropriate amount of water for later use

Put the oil in the wok, add the diced pork belly and fry until the color changes

Pour in the previously diluted yellow sauce and turn to low heat
6.
Add appropriate amount of chicken bouillon and pepper noodles and stir-fry until the meat sauce in the pot slowly thickens, then it is ready
7.
Stir-fried meat sauce served and set aside
8.
Cooked noodles in cold water
9.
Add the fried meat sauce, add the sliced cucumber and coriander, and it's ready to start!
