Fried Noodles

1. Raw materials are ready

2. Put some minced ginger in the minced meat and stir well

3. Cut the dried carrot tofu into small pieces, and dig out the right amount of broken rice sprouts

4. Put oil in the pan, add minced meat and stir-fry on low heat

5. Add broken rice sprouts and stir fry

6. Add carrot cubes and dried tofu cubes, simmer in half a bowl of water

7. Add corn and green beans and cook slightly

8. Add the sweet noodle paste and soybean paste and stir well, and slightly reduce the juice (the sweetness and saltiness of various brands of sweet noodle paste and soybean paste are not the same... so here I adjust it according to my own taste)
