Fried Noodles
1.
The pumpkin is steamed and pressed into a puree. Add flour and salt, and let the pumpkin dough become a little harder for 15 minutes. Roll the dough into a 1cm thick dough, sprinkle starch on it, and place it in a noodle press to repeatedly press, and finally press out the thick and thin noodles you like. (50 grams of pumpkin, 250 grams of flour, 1 gram of salt, appropriate amount of starch) or buy ready-made noodles
2.
Widen the water and a little salt in the pot, boil it, add the noodles and cook, remove the cold water
3.
Cut the pork tenderloin into small cubes, add dried ginger powder, and marinate for 10 minutes (preferably fat and lean pork belly, someone can only choose sauced purple meat during the weight loss period, but the pork tenderloin is also tender)
4.
Shred the cucumber, radish, and onion for later use. Heat olive oil in the pot, then pour the onion
5.
Fry out the scallion oil, throw away the shredded scallion, then pour in the diced meat and stir-fry to change the color out of the pot (you can fry more scallion oil at a time, pour out some)
6.
Heat the scallion oil in the pan, pour in the adjusted yellow sauce and sweet chili sauce, stir-fry until the sauce is bubbling and oily and thick, then pour in the fried diced meat and stir fry into a meat sauce.
7.
In another pot, pour the sesame oil and heat to saute the pepper, take the pepper sesame oil and set aside
8.
Drain the pasted noodles and put them in a water bowl. Put shredded cucumber and shredded radish on the surface, top with meat sauce, and pour in pepper sesame oil and start eating.
