Stir-fried String Beans
1.
Remove the old tendons of the kidney beans, wash and control water, and break the sections about 5cm long with your hands. Dice the tenderloin.
2.
Chop ginger and garlic, and cut dried chili into sections.
3.
Make oil in a pot and add string beans.
4.
Slowly stir dry string beans over low heat, stir until the skins are slightly wrinkled, then remove them and set aside.
5.
Leave 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot, add pepper, dried chili sauce, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant.
6.
Pour in the minced pork tenderloin and stir-fry, then add the cooking wine and stir evenly.
7.
Add broken rice sprouts and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add the chili sauce and stir fry until the minced meat is dry and crisp.
9.
Finally, add the green beans and stir fry with the ingredients.
10.
Finally, add 50ml of hot water, and after it is dried to taste, add appropriate amount of salt according to your own salty and light taste. Just pick up the pot and put it on the plate.
Tips:
1. Pay attention to the heat when using oil to stir the kidney beans, and don't fry them.
2. Unripe kidney beans can cause food poisoning, so add a little water and simmer for a while in the final procedure. Or just cook the kidney beans when they are cooked.
3. Broken rice sprouts and Pixian hot sauce both have salty taste. Those with a light mouth do not need to add salt.
