Stir-fried Tenderloin with Seasonal Vegetables

Wash the carrots and cut into slices

Wash eryngii mushrooms and cut into slices

Wash the tenderloin and cut into slices, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and starch, stir evenly and marinate for a while
