Fried Noodles

Prepare the ingredients for later use. Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic finely. It is best to cut into garlic.

Use dry sauce 3: Sweet noodle sauce 1: Lao Ganma 1 to adjust the sauce. Note: Do not add more dry sauce. Lao Ganma can put it or not according to personal taste.

Dice the pork belly and separate the lean and fatty meats.

Warm the pan with cold oil, just put a few drops, the fat will fry out very fragrant lard, after the fat is out of oil, we can stir fry the lean meat for a few minutes, and leave the oil at the bottom of the pan.

Stir-fry the prepared sauce in the pan while adding ginger and garlic, and then stir-fry the fried meat for a minute. Add a little water to close the sauce and turn off the heat. On the other stove, boil the noodles in water, and pass the cooked noodles in cold water for better quality

Serve it, sprinkle chopped green onion to make it delicious
