Fried Noodles
1.
Shred the cucumber and carrot, blanch the cowpeas in boiling water and remove the cold water, then cut into small pieces!
2.
The eggs are beaten, the minced meat is marinated in cooking wine for a while, and the bean paste I use is June fragrant (in fact, Haitian’s soybean paste is also delicious)
3.
Mince the ginger and garlic, cut the pepper and chop the wormwood (the wormwood is dry, soak in water for 3 hours before eating, if you can leave it, I often use this fish stew in our hometown, it tastes very good)
4.
Heat the pot and put the oil, while the cold oil is used to pour the eggs in and stir quickly with chopsticks. After the oil is boiling, the eggs are picked up. Then put the bottom oil in the pot. Then the green onions, ginger and garlic are fried in the pot. Pour in the minced meat and stir fry, stir-fry until the minced meat is golden, then add the chili and wormwood, stir-fry for 2 minutes on low heat, and finally add the minced egg, bean paste, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce. One teaspoon of sugar, simmer for 3 minutes on low heat!
5.
I bought this kind of sliced noodles directly, because I like its taste. You can choose wide or thin noodles according to your preference, but you must use wet noodles instead of dried noodles. The taste is not good! After the water is boiled, add a little salt to the noodles, so that the cooked noodles are more vigorous, and the noodles are cooked and taken out of cold water!
6.
Finally, put the carrot shreds, cucumber shreds, ground cowpea, and fried sauce in, and a bowl of fragrant fried sauce is complete!
Tips:
You can put some favorite dishes as side dishes, such as bean sprouts, celery, and fungus. You can put a little more oil in the fried sauce, and it must be boiled over a low fire!
