I especially like noodles and often make various kinds of noodles. Today I suddenly thought of eating fried noodles. I just started talking about it.

Fried Noodles

1. Put the soy bean paste, sweet noodle paste and white sand sugar in a bowl first, and add a certain amount of hydration to boil.

2. First cut the noodles into cubes.

3. Add a little base oil, and stir up some diced pork belly to get some oil.

4. After sautéing, stir-fry the minced garlic seeds and the chopped green onions with the meat.

5. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and harvest the sauce into a sauce.

6. Boil the bean sprouts with water.

7. Cut the cucumber into shreds.

8. Put the cooked noodles in a bowl, pour the cooked sauce on, and add some cucumbers and bean sprouts to enjoy.

Tips:

This is an authentic Beijing-style fried noodles. In fact, yellow sauce should be used normally, but it is harder to buy yellow sauce in the south. So I replaced the yellow sauce with soybean paste. The taste is just as great.
