5 spoons of sweet noodle sauce, 3 spoons of yellow sauce, 3 spoons of shiitake sauce, 3 spoons of oyster sauce. The sauce is also based on personal taste. If you like the focus of the sauce, put more, and if you like it lighter, put less, because I have children in my family. , I didn’t put chili sauce, I like spicy ones, you can put some chili sauce

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and fry until fragrant, add minced meat and fry until 8 is mature

Add the prepared sauce, stir fry evenly, not too high heat, easy to paste

Add appropriate amount of water, pour in the side dishes, add a spoonful of sugar, two spoons of chicken essence, and a spoonful of thirteen spices

Turn off the heat after the soup is thickened

The noodles are cooked until 9 minutes cooked. If they are too cooked, they won’t be chewy.

Put the noodles into the bowl and add the side dishes according to your preference. I put cucumber shreds and coriander. If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil. My husband likes chili, so he fried a plate of chili peppers.
Tips:
I didn’t add salt, because the sauce I bought was salty, I have a baby at home, and I didn’t make spicy miscellaneous sauces. Next time I try the spicy sauce, it should be delicious
