Fried Noodles with Capers, Egg and Pork

Cut the lean meat into strips, add some cornstarch and water to mix well, then add some pepper and a spoonful of peanut oil to mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Tips:
1. Dried noodles can be taken out after being boiled in the pot until they are scattered. It should not be boiled for too long. Add some oil when the noodles are cooked in the pot, so that they will easily fall apart when they are fried in the pot.
