Fried Noodles with Cumin, Green Pepper and Shredded Pork

Wash the lean pork and shred it. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine and sweet potato starch, marinate for 10 minutes.

Cook the noodles, remove them, and add some salad oil. Mix well and set aside.

Fry the shredded pork in a cold pan with cold oil (you can use your usual method) and serve.

Wash the green peppers and onions and shred them.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the green peppers and onions and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry vegetables until soft, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the fried shredded pork and stir-fry well.

Add an appropriate amount of crushed cumin and stir well.
9.
Pour in the processed noodles, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, and use chopsticks to help mix the noodles and vegetables well.
10.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of ground cumin and mix well.
Tips:
Cumin is best eaten and ground. It is delicious if it is ground into small pieces. Do not use commercially available powder, which is not fragrant.
