1. Wash the lean pork and shred it. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine and sweet potato starch, marinate for 10 minutes.

Tips:

Cumin is best eaten and ground. It is delicious if it is ground into small pieces. Do not use commercially available powder, which is not fragrant.
