Fried Noodles with Egg and Mushroom
1.
Speaking of boiled water, boil it, put in the right amount of noodles, because I eat it alone, so I only serve one person
2.
When the noodles are boiled until there is no white heart, pass through cold water. Note: the noodles should not be cooked for too long, but should be harder. The cold water is to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
3.
Beat two eggs into a bowl, add some white pepper to make it more flavorful. People who don’t like white pepper can add salt instead, but eating white pepper is good for women.
4.
Add proper oil and scramble eggs over low heat
5.
Put in oil, cut ginger and garlic beforehand (if you don’t have any scallions at home, go out and buy it), stir-fry, add oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry for half a minute. Put the cold water noodles into the pot, pay attention to the size of the fire. When using chopsticks, add olives, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Start the pot after coloring. (I forgot to take pictures in the back)
6.
Add a salted duck egg and walk up to the first meal on Sunday. Although the color is not good, the taste is still great.
