Fried Noodles with Ham and Egg

1. Prepare some noodles, Marco Polo sausage, and an egg.

2. Beat eggs, chopped green onion, minced coriander, and slice sausage.

3. Boil the noodles in a pot under water, cook for 8 mature, remove and drain the water, set aside.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the chopped green onions.
