Fried Noodles with Ham and Egg

Prepare some noodles, Marco Polo sausage, and an egg.

Beat eggs, chopped green onion, minced coriander, and slice sausage.

Boil the noodles in a pot under water, cook for 8 mature, remove and drain the water, set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the chopped green onions.

Push the chopped green onion to one side, scramble the eggs with the remaining oil, and use chopsticks to chop them.

Push the ingredients aside, fry the noodles with the remaining oil, pour in the appropriate amount of soy sauce, spicy and fresh, only fry the noodles, and mix well with the noodles and soy sauce.

Tips:
Use high heat to saute the scallions, and then use low heat.
