Fried Noodles with Meatballs and Mushrooms

Cut the chives, green onion and green onion leaves separately. Dice meatballs and dice mushrooms.

Boil water in a wok, cook the noodles and cook until they are ripe, that is, they still have a hard core.

Take out a large bowl of cold water.

Tips:
1. There is a salty taste in the sauce, so the salt should be put carefully.
