Fried Noodles with Minced Meat and Fungus

Prepare minced meat.

I use dried noodles.

After soaking the fungus, cut into shreds, pat the garlic and cut into sections, chopped green onion and parsley.

Cook the noodles until they are ripe.

Remove the dried noodles, let cool, and mix well with a small amount of olive oil.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry minced meat.

After the minced meat changes color, push it aside, saute the shallots and garlic with excess oil, sprinkle a little spicy and fresh.

After sauteing, push aside and fry the fungus with the remaining oil.

Stir-fry evenly and pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Push the dish to the side, gradually add the noodles and stir-fry evenly.

I put the noodles in the pot about three times, stir-fry them, and sprinkle with coriander. Sheng out.
Tips:
Use low heat when cooking noodles, and be careful that the noodles stick to the pan.
