Fried Noodles with Sausage

Main ingredients: dried noodles, Chinese sausage, celery, onion, carrot

Boil the noodles: boil water in a pot and add some dried noodles.

Simmer for 2 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat when there is a little hard core, and simmer for a few minutes.

Stir-fried noodles: Heat oil, add shredded sausages and carrots and stir well.

Add shredded celery and stir fry.

Tips:
1. The order of feeding must be mastered. Carrots and sausages must be put first, followed by celery, and onions must be put last.
2. Sweet chili sauce helps to improve the taste, so don't let it go if you don't have it.
