Fried Noodles with Sea Cucumber

Prepare ingredients

Cut the sea cucumber into 4 pieces

Carrots, peppers, and onions, shredded

Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and cook until 8 mature

Remove and put in the cold white boiled to cool, remove and drain, add a little salad oil and mix well, (to prevent adhesion) set aside

Add oil to the pan and heat up, add onions and stir fry

Add shredded carrots and shredded peppers, stir fry until darkened, add salt, and stir fry evenly

Add the noodles and stir evenly over high heat

After adding sea cucumber, cooking wine, and pepper, stir fry evenly and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
It’s best to use fresh noodles for noodles, and cook them until they are 8 minutes cooked, and they need to be heated during frying.
