Fried Noodles with Shredded Pork

1. All preparation materials

2. Wash the lean meat and cut into shreds

3. Put the shredded pork into the container, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour

4. Wash the green onion and ginger and cut into pieces and shreds

Tips:

1. Lean meat is best marinated in advance
2. The noodles are more tough when they are too cold and taste better
