Fried Noodles with Tomato Sauce

Buy the ready-made knife-cut noodles, boil them in a pot under water, remove them, and place them in a basin filled with cold water for later use.

Green cabbage that is not available for kohlrabi, cut into shreds, cut small persimmons into small pieces, put oil in the pan, add shredded green cabbage and fry until cooked, add appropriate amount of salt, add braised soy sauce and oil, and stir fry.
