Marinated Noodles

Wash and set aside.

Chili, green onions, and minced pork (pork stuffing bought).
3.
Peel and chop the eggplant.
4.
Heat the pan and put the oil, fry the minced meat.
5.
Add green onion, pepper powder, and eggplant and stir fry.
6.
Add soy sauce and water and simmer for about five minutes. Add chili and water starch and stir well.
7.
Boil the noodles.
8.
Cook the noodles over water, put it in a bowl and eat it!
Tips:
The chili is chosen according to one's own capacity, spicy chili or non-spicy, personally feel a bit spicy and delicious.
