Fried Octopus

Cut open the abdomen of the hairtail from the neck and clean out the internal organs.

Remove the head and tail. You can keep the bobbin that likes to eat fish head. Be careful when handling fish, this is the result of my absent-mindedness!

Scrape off the silver layer of hairtail with a knife, which can effectively remove the fishy smell.

Cut off the fins with scissors.

Wash thoroughly, cut into about 5 cm sections, and control the moisture.

Knock the eggs into a large bowl, add starch and mix well.

Add salt to taste.

Add thirteen spice powder.

Add black pepper and stir well.

Add the air-dried octopus to the starch paste and marinate for half an hour.

Add oil to the pot, with enough oil. When the oil reaches 70% of the heat, add the wrapped hairtail.

Fry it yellow on one side and turn it over, then deep fry on low heat until golden brown and remove it.
Tips:
1. When frying the fish, the fire should not be too high, so as to ensure that the fish can be cooked and not burnt.
2. The fried octopus can be eaten directly, or you can fry your favorite sauce, put the octopus into the flavor and eat it from the pot.
