Fried Octopus

Remove the head and tail of the hairtail, remove the belly, tear off the black film in the belly, wash and cut into sections for later use;

Cut 3 knives on both sides of the hairtail, then cut some ginger shreds;

Put the hairtail in a container, add shredded ginger, and add some salt;

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine;

Then add some pepper and five-spice powder;

Then add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce;

Put on disposable gloves, grab the hairtail and seasonings, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for more than 30 minutes; take out the frozen hairtails, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and mix well again. This step is the key and cannot be omitted;

After mixing the octopus with a layer of dried starch, pat off the excess starch;

Put a little more oil in the pan, and when it's 7 minutes hot, put the hairtail into the pan and fry;
10.
After the hairtail is deep-fried on both sides, remove the oil to control it.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own preferences;
2. Take out the octopus after refrigeration, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and mix well again. This step is the key and cannot be omitted;
