Fried Octopus with Lemon

Wash the hairtail and remove the internal organs;

The washed hairtail is marinated in salt and white wine for 10 minutes;

Use the time to marinate the octopus, scrub the lemon peel with salt, use a plane to shred the lemon peel, slice one-third of the lemon, and squeeze two-thirds of the lemon juice; onions, ginger, etc. are also well cut.

2. The marinated hairtail water should be cleaned with kitchen paper so that the fried fish will be fragrant;
3. There is no need to put salt when eating light fried octopus;
4. It is not easy to add lemon juice too early.
