Fried Octopus with Pickles
1.
Remove the head of the octopus and clean the cartilage and belly of the octopus

Then cut into small pieces
3.
Wash sauerkraut and green onions, mince
4.
Heat oil in the pot and stir-fry the green onions and sauerkraut to taste
5.
Then add the octopus and stir fry for about 8 minutes
Tips:
Since pickles are very salty, no need to add salt.
