Fried Okra with Salted Egg Yolk

In the above material picture, the okra was washed in water, and I used three salted egg yolks. The actual dosage depends on the amount of okra.

The okra is diced and it is as cute as a little star. Salted egg shelled and mashed.

Heat oil, saute shallot, ginger, garlic

Add salted egg yolk + rice wine and stir fry until fragrant.

+ After the diced okra is stir-fried, add a little water and cook for a few minutes until the okra is fully cooked.
6.
Just sprinkle with pepper before serving.
Tips:
A very nutritious vegetable dish, suitable for scraping oily water after the festival.
