Fried Onion with Black Fungus

Preparation of main raw materials.

Soak the black fungus in cold water, pick and wash it, and blanch it in a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Wash and cut onions after peeling.

Cut green and red peppers diagonally, and shred ginger.
5.
Pour edible oil into the wok and put the ginger in the pan.

Add the black fungus and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Add onions, green and red pepper rings.
8.
Stir fry quickly until the onions, green and red peppers are broken, season with salt.

Drizzle in chili oil.
10.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and just take it out of the pan.
Tips:
1: Many people will burst into tears when cutting onions. Today I will share with you a trick, which is to cut off the head and tail of the onion, soak it in water for about 10 minutes and then cut it. The situation will be much better.
2: It’s not too spicy, so you don’t need to put chili oil.
3: When frying black fungus, it is easy to fry the pan, you can pour a small amount of water while frying. Or put a little salt in the oil to avoid this problem.
