Fried Peanut Sprouts with Oyster Sauce

Peanut sprouts, pinch off the whiskers.

Slice mushrooms and carrots, and cut green peppers into small pieces.

Start the frying pan, stir-fry the mushrooms first, and serve.

Add the carrots and green peppers and stir fry a little.

Add peanut sprouts and stir-fried mushrooms.

Add oyster sauce and some sugar.
7.
Because one end of the peanut sprouts is very hard, add 1/3 of a small bowl of water and slurp for about 2 minutes.

Take out the pan and serve.

Although it's vegan, it's just as delicious!
