Use mung bean sprouts, called mung bean sprouts,
The sprouts from soybeans are called soybean sprouts,
This sprout from peanuts is naturally called peanut sprout, hahahahaha.
The branches of peanut sprouts are thicker than mung bean sprouts and soybean sprouts, so they have plenty of water and a crisper taste. Stir-fry with a little oyster sauce, it is delicious and not fleshy, delicious!

Fried Peanut Sprouts with Oyster Sauce

1. Peanut sprouts, pinch off the whiskers.

2. Slice mushrooms and carrots, and cut green peppers into small pieces.

3. Start the frying pan, stir-fry the mushrooms first, and serve.

4. Add the carrots and green peppers and stir fry a little.

5. Add peanut sprouts and stir-fried mushrooms.

6. Add oyster sauce and some sugar.

7. Because one end of the peanut sprouts is very hard, add 1/3 of a small bowl of water and slurp for about 2 minutes.

8. Take out the pan and serve.

9. Although it's vegan, it's just as delicious!
