This low-oil, healthy and delicious poached egg is my son’s favorite. I will prepare poached eggs for him for breakfast almost every day. The outer skin is fresh and the yolk inside is just right. It’s not difficult to master the tips and make a fresh and beautiful poached egg.

Tips:
