Fried Pork Belly with Leek Sprouts and Snow Peas

Ingredients: Leek sprouts.

Cooked pork belly.

Snow peas (picked and washed).
4.
Wash the leek sprouts and remove them.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the cooked pork belly on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Boil snow peas in boiling water and remove them.
8.
Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add snow peas and leek sprouts, stir fry.

Then, add the pork belly and stir fry.
10.
Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
11.
Saute and stir well, serve.
