Fried Noodles with Black Fungus, Pork and Leek Sprouts

Ingredients: black fungus (soaked, cleaned and shredded), cooked pork (cut), leek sprouts (cleaned and cut), noodles (boiled too cold)

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut black fungus and cooked pork, and 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, add the cold noodles and stir fry.

Then, stir in the cut leek sprouts and stir fry.

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of salt.
