Fried Noodles with Black Fungus, Pork and Leek Sprouts

Ingredients: black fungus (soaked, cleaned and shredded), cooked pork (cut), leek sprouts (cleaned and cut), noodles (boiled too cold)

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cut black fungus and cooked pork, and add some light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, add the cold noodles and stir fry.

Then, stir in the cut leek sprouts and stir fry.
6.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
