Fried Pork Belly with Sauerkraut

1. Prepare a pork belly, add cornstarch to clean it, and remove the excess lard.

2. Pork belly flies under the water.

3. Take some ginger slices, boil on high heat and press on low heat for 10 minutes.

4. Wash sauerkraut and slice for later use.

5. Press the pork belly and remove it to cool.

6. Cut into strips for later use.

7. Prepare shredded ginger, heat oil in a pot and sauté sauerkraut until fragrant.

8. Add the pork belly and stir-fry for a minute to season and serve.

9. Stir-fried pork belly with sauerkraut, greasy and served with rice, super delicious 😊, a good dish to go with wine.
