There are many ways to eat dumplings. I prefer this one because my mother and husband like to eat them. The fried dumplings are burnt at the bottom, and the texture on the top is very attractive.

Fried Pork Dumplings with Chives

1. Add the flour to the right amount of boiling water and mix the noodles

2. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

3. Finely chop chives and ginger

4. Add the minced chives and ginger to the pork filling and mix well

5. Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder and mix thoroughly, then add soybean and soybean salad oil and mix thoroughly

6. Cut the noodles into small pieces and roll them into dumpling wrappers

7. Dumplings

8. Fried dumplings

9. One spoonful of flour, add two spoonfuls of water to make a flour sauce

10. Add salad oil to the pot and heat up, pour into the fried dumplings, and fry on warm fire

11. Fry until the bottom of the dumplings are golden

12. Add in the prepared noodle sauce

13. Cover the pot and fry on low heat until the sauce is dry, about 4 minutes

14. The fried dumplings are ready

Tips:

1This pan-fried dumpling requires boiling water to mix the noodles, so the fried dumplings will have a soft surface.
2. In order to make the fried dumplings cooked thoroughly, add noodle sauce instead of cold water. After heating, the water evaporates quickly, but the noodle sauce can be kept for a certain period of time to make the stuffing in the fried dumplings cooked thoroughly.
