My family often eats ribs. The most common state of ribs on my table is steaming. Occasionally I will make changes to make my table more attractive and my daughter likes to eat at home more. This time I made fried pork ribs. I rarely blanch fresh ribs, clean them, marinate them with seasonings, deep-fry them, then fry them with the sauce and fry the ribs a few times. The production process is not complicated. My daughter likes them very much. I eat a lot of ribs.

Fried Pork Ribs

1. Preparation materials: ribs and Lee Kum Kee are very fresh

2. Ribs are marinated with 15ml light soy sauce, 10ml cooking wine, 10g sugar, starch and an egg

3. Grab the ribs by hand and marinate for 10 minutes

4. When marinating for 10 minutes, prepare the seasoning, mix 30ml light soy sauce, 30ml rice vinegar and 45g sugar, and cut the green and red pepper into small pieces

5. Heat the oil in the wok. The oil should be heated to 60% to 70% hot. You can put it in the test with chopsticks. If bubbles are formed beside the chopsticks, it is hot enough

6. Strain the juice from the ribs and put in the hot oil

7. Deep-fry the ribs, remove and strain the oil

8. Pour out the excess oil, leave a little oil, saute the ginger and garlic, pour in the seasoning, and stir fry a few times

9. Add green and red peppers and stir fry a few times,

10. Add water starch, boil and put in the fried pork ribs, so that the pork ribs are covered with sauce and serve

Tips:

1 The seasoning is according to the taste of my family, and the taste can be adjusted according to your preference
2 As side dishes, you can put pineapple and carrots
