Fried Pork Skin Stewed Radish Soup

The fried pork skin is ready.

Cut radish into pieces with a hob.

Peel and slice ginger.

Saute ginger slices in a frying pan.

Stir-fry the pork skin.

Add the radish cubes and stir fry.

7. Pour the radish skins into the pressure cooker, add water, add salt to the high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
