Fried Pork with Grifola Flower

1. Soak the Grifola frondosa with water, and it can be soaked in warm water for ten minutes

2. The soaked Grifola frondosa is really like a flower, its name is because it looks like a blooming flower

3. Tear the soaked Grifola frondosa into small pieces and wash them again

4. Green red pepper slices

5. Lean meat slices, add salt, rice wine, soy sauce, or starch, stir evenly

7. Down into the Grifola frondosa
